“You’re on your way!”
This morning was my first official weigh-in since the start of my competition training 4 weeks ago. I didn’t go into it with very high hopes, but when I leftI was nothing but smiles.
I’ll let the numbers speak for themselves…

Down into the 130s! I know… it’s only by .2lbs… but I’ll take what I can get. I dropped 3% overall Percent Body Fat. I did lose a little bit of lean mass but not nearly as much as I thought I did. So most of my weight loss was Body Fat lbs. I really can’t complain. I’m on the right track!
By no means am I closed to being done, but at least I know I am moving in the right direction. This weigh-in was just a form of reassurance that all my efforts are not in vain…
