Sounds simple but it’s really pretty intense!

After watching the new ‘Act of Valor’ film (amazing film and yes I am using the American spelling as it is an American film) my gym partner and I decided to do a variation on a military drill for our workout.

From what I gather this is a variation on the Officers entry training, please feel free to add any information you want, but this was created, as I understand it.

• Run a mile and a half in 12 minutes at a gradient of 1.5 (15% dependent on Treadmill settings)
• One minute rest
• Run a mile and a half in under 10 minutes at a gradient of 1.5 (15%)
• 50 press ups in a minute
• One minute rest
• 50 press us in a minute
• One minutes rest
• 50 sit ups in a minute
• One minute rest
