Over-training can be dangerous to do. Sometimes made more dangerous if you don’t know that it is happening.
It is a fact that training, in many different ways, releases endorphins, which you can get addicted to and in effect addicted to the training that produces them. The detriments to this are a huge list and I’m sure that you know what these are.
The thing that I’m worried about is how can you tell if you are over training? I go to the gym about 6 times a week, it used to be weights everyday, but it got to the point where I would be always injured or feels like I had been working out for hours when I had only been there ten minutes.
