In a just a little over a month all of the hard work, time and effort that I put into this process will all be worth it!
As for my progress I am still a but behind my weight loss schedule sitting at a solid 124.9lbs. At this point losing the body fat is getting increasingly more difficult and will only get worse over the next few weeks. Despite my numbers crawling down the scale I am starting to see some definition in all the right places!
Here are some progress photos from this morning. I apologize for my sleepy appearance. Just from last week I see a huge difference in the definition in my back.
I can’t believe the changes my body has gone through and no matter the outcome of the judging come competition day I won’t regret this for a second.
Yesterday was overall pretty rough. I slept for a total of 3 hours and went to work exhausted. Knowing I had a long night of training ahead of me I skipped out early to take a nap. I know that’s horrible but I was pretty much useless at work anyway. The nap helped a bit but I was definitely moving slowly at the gym. I trained at Stones Fitness at 4pm, then headed over to Body Blocks. I was early for my 630pm training session so jumped into a group gravity class to keep myself moving.
Before I left the gym last night I received some bitter sweet news. One of my favorite trainers at Body Blocks, Chris Stuff, is leaving. While I’m extremely sad to see him leave, he is one of the best personal trainers I’ve had the privilege of working with and he has been presented with an amazing opportunity. Chris is one of the select few individuals who has been chosen to work at the Biggest Loser Ranch here in Western New York. He is so passionate about what he does and through association with a huge national brand and new facilities he will have the chance to put his expertise to use and truly change lives. Even though I want to be selfish and keep him at my gym so he can keep me moving toward my goals, he will make such a difference in so many other lives at the Ranch. I wish him the best of luck! Congratulations Chris!
