The Final Countdown: Day 7

Sorry, I know this is a bit late in the AM.

Meal Plan:
Meal 1: oatmeal protein pancake (2 egg whites, 1/2 scoop chocolate whey protein, 1/3 cup oats, water), 2 scrambled egg whites, 1/2 scoop whey protein shake
Meal 2: 125g green pepper & baby spinach, 4 scrambled egg whites, hot sauce, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cinnamon
Meal 3: 125g veggies, 60g grilled chicken, 1 scoop whey protein
Meal 4: 125g veggies, 60g grilled chicken
Meal 5: 125g veggies, 60g grilled chicken

Workout Plan:
Workout 1: 8am bootcamp @ Stokes Fitness
Workout 2: 30 min intervals on elliptical @ level 10 & 30 min walk on treadmill 4.0 incline of 15.0
Workout 3: 2pm personal training sesh @ Body Blocks Fitness
Workout 4: 15 min stair master & 40 min walk on treadmill 4.0 incline 15.0

It’s almost noon so Meals 1&2 and Workouts 1&2 are complete!

I went to Wegmans for some grocery shopping this morning and of course it was local Artisan food tasting day.  Oy vey! Ice cream and chocolatey sauce, salsas, chips etc… But wait for it…
