The Final Countdown: Day 6

Good morning Day 6! Sorry for no daily update last night, I kind of fell asleep…

Yesterday went well… I stuck to my diet and got in most of my workout goals.  I skipped workout 4 or aka my second shift of cardio.  My legs have been so tired.  My hamstrings are so tight I can barely touch my toes.  My friend Sarah and I took my two dogs, Penny and Cooper, for a 2 mile walk through the park yesterday afternoon.  It was absolutely gorgeous out!

I’m starting to see a few changes in my body that I’ve been waiting for.  I can tell I’m skimming down.  Still a few pounds to go, but I’m confident I can get there. 

On to Day 6
Meal Plan:
Meal 1: 4 scrambled egg whites, 1/3 cup oats (check)… I’m saving my scoop of whey protein for during my workout so I have an extra boost before a run!
Meal 2: 4 egg whites, 125g veggies
Meal 3: 60g chicken, 125g veggies, 1 scoop whey protein
Meal 4: 60g chicken, 125g veggies
Meal 5: 60g chicken, 125g veggies

Workout Plan:
Workout 1: 8am Bootcamp @ Stokes Fitness
Workout 2: I’d like to try and make it for a run out by the river… Change up the scenery a little if its nice out. Either way cardio… Cardio… Cardio 🙂
Workout 3: Back/Bis/Tris… And dun dun dun… CARDIO
