Yes… Once again I’m late in the day. I apologize my mind is definitely elsewhere!
I started off the day off well.
- Meal 1: 4 scrambled egg whites, 1/3 cup oats and 1 scoop whey protein
- Meal 2: 4 scrambled egg whites, 125g green beans and wait for it…. 45g sweet potato 🙂
- Meal 3: 1 egg white, 50g grilled chicken, 125g green beans and 1 scoop whey protein
Remaining meals for the day:
- Meal 4: 60g chicken, 125g veggies and holy cow 40g sweet potato
- Meal 5: 60g chicken and 125g veggies
I’m trying to spread out my workouts to keep me busy throughout the day and give me some rest/nap time inbetween.
- Workout 1: 8am bootcamp @ Stokes Fitness
- Workout 2: 3.57 miles @ Delaware Park 29min 11sec approx 341 calories
Left for the day:
- Workout 3: interval cardio workout & core
The scale isn’t moving and is getting discouraging… Hoping for a miracle!
