So I admit I indulged in a few sweets Saturday at my friends birthday party. I didn’t have much and definitely no where near how much I would eat when I used to cheat on my diet… But nevertheless my scale is moving in the wrong direction.
Anything but down is the wrong direction. Even my current stand still. It’s especially not helpful when I’m trying to get a little ahead of the game. I want to be around 130 by Saturday. I am heading on a vacation to New York Wednesday-Sunday so I’ll just have to be super careful. I won’t have a gym so everything will be cardio and body weight training.
No ifs, ands, or buts… I have to get this done. I cannot find myself playing catch up this time around. There are 5 shows I want to do this fall and I want to put my last competition figure to shame 🙂
This won’t be easy. There are a lot of things coming up, not to mention its still summer and everyone just wants to relax and enjoy themselves. Me included.
Let’s see if I make some small tweaks to my habits, and stop eating trail mix during my weekly food shopping outing if I can get that scale going!
